PRIVACY POLICY
NOTICE ON PRIVACY POLICY EX ART. 13 OF REGULATION (EU) 2016/679
Pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”, concerning the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data, the data controller is ENIC Meetings & Events Srl with registered office in Florence, Piazza Adua 1/d (hereinafter referred to as “Data Controller”), who informs you that the your personal data will be processed in compliance with the above-mentioned Regulation.
- Type and source of data
The personal data processed by the Data Controller are directly provided by you through your attendance confirmation on the document sent by the participant’s Company to ENIC, and the filling in of the special paper or electronic forms for registration to the 2004 Florence – Pisa CAAP LEADERSHIP SUMMIT, made available by the Data Controller. It should be noted that data processing may also concern the particular categories of personal data referred to in Art. 9 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (i.e. personal data revealing a person’s racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, and the processing of genetic data, biometric data for the purpose of uniquely identifying a natural person, data concerning health or data concerning a natural person’s sex life or sexual orientation) entered by you (for example, to indicate special care needs or intolerances and allergies). In this case we will need your consent to the processing of these data to cater for your special needs. The data of third parties (e.g. accompanying persons) will be provided by you with their consent (where necessary) as stipulated in this Notice.
The data relating to the identification details of a valid identity document are necessary for hotel reservation purposes and a faster check-in procedure at the hotel where you will be staying during the event. Given the large number of participants at the event, without this information we will not be able to confirm your attendance and your participation will not be possible.
- Purpose of and legal basis for personal data processing
The personal data you provide will be processed to manage your and your accompanying persons’ (if any) attendance at the event. The legal basis for the processing of identification and contact data is given by the service offered to participants in the 2004 Florence – Pisa CAAP LEADERSHIP SUMMIT CAAP LEADERSHIP SUMMIT (Art. 6/1/b GDPR). The legal basis for the processing of any special data you may provide (e.g. to indicate special assistance needs or intolerances and allergies) requires your formal consent (Art. 6/1/a GDPR). In the absence of this consent, no special personal data should be reported on the booking form.
- Data processing methods
Data processing will be carried out by our staff in charge of data collection and our Data Processor, using IT devices or hard-copy material, in compliance with the provisions aimed at guaranteeing data security and confidentiality, as well as, among other things, the accuracy, updating and relevance of personal data for the stated purposes. The personal data collected will be stored in electronic and/or hard copy data archives at the Company’s registered office, at its operational premises.
- Duration of data processing
The personal data you provide will be stored in a form that will allow the identification of the person concerned for a period not exceeding the time necessary for the purposes for which they are collected and processed. All data relating to your identification documents will be deleted within one week from the event.
- Nature of provision of personal data and consent
Providing the requested personal data is not compulsory, but necessary to fulfil your request to participate in the event. In particular, failure to fill in the mandatory fields, marked with an asterisk, will prevent your participation in the event. If you do not give your consent to the processing of special data, no special categories of personal data should be indicated in the booking form.
- Recipients of personal data
The personal data you provide may be communicated and transferred within Italy or the EU, solely for the purposes stated in this Notice. Identification data and details of identity documents will be provided to the hotel that will host you for the necessary booking and check-in procedures and the consequent regulatory obligations of the hotel to the Public Authorities in charge, acting as autonomous data controllers. The relationship between the data subject and the hotel is regulated by a contract, ex art. 6/1/b GDPR. Personal data will not be disclosed.
- Rights of the data subject
You may exercise the rights of access to the data provided for in Article 15 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the rights provided for in Articles 16, 17, 18, 21 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 with regard to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and the right to object, in the manner set out in Article 12 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
Please note that, in relation to the aforementioned processing of personal data, you may exercise your rights at the Data Controller’s premises or by writing to the following e-mail address caapsummit2024@enic.it or certified e-mail address enicmeetings@pec.it .

INFORMATION ON TRAINING PROGRAMME
LEARNING LABS
Toscana Aeroporti S.p.A., pursuant to Article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679, hereinafter “GDPR”, containing the regulations on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, informs the employees of the Business Group of Corporación América Airports S.A. (“CAAP”) that as part of the CAAP LEADERSHIP SUMMIT 2024 Florence – Pisa event, a training project ” LEARNING LABS ” has been organized.
1. Data Controller
The Data Controller of the personal data collected is Toscana Aeroporti S.p.A., with registered office in Florence, Via del Termine 11.
2. Data subject to processing
The personal data processed are personal and contact data provided by the data subject when registering for the CAAP LEADERSHIP SUMMIT 2024 event to be held in Florence and Pisa from 30 September to 3 October 2024.
3. Purposes of the Processing and legal basis
The data you provide will be processed to allow your participation in the training project “CAAP LEARNING LABS. The legal basis is in the contract with your employer, within the scope of the training needs of the CAAP Group.
4. Communication of data
The Data will be processed by the Data Controller and by the persons appointed by the same and may be communicated to third parties for the performance of training activities as independent Data Controllers.
5. Data retention period
The personal data you provide will be stored in a form that allows the identification of the data subject for a period of time not exceeding that necessary for the purposes for which they are collected and processed. All data relating to the identification documents in our possession will be deleted a maximum of one week after the event.
6. Rights of the data subject
You may exercise the rights of access to the data provided for by art. 15 of EU Regulation 2016/679 and the rights provided for by art. 16, 17, 18, 21 of EU Regulation 2016/679 regarding rectification, erasure, limitation of processing and the right to object, in the manner established by art. 12 of EU Regulation 2016/679.

NOTICE ON VIDEO AND IMAGE RECORDING
2024 CAAP SUMMIT EVENT
Toscana Aeroporti S.p.A. hereby informs you that, pursuant to current legislation on personal rights (privacy, copyright, the right to confidentiality established by Legislative Decree no. 68 of 9 April 2003, Art.10 of the Civil Code), audiovisual recording which will involve the processing of personal data will be used during the 2024 Florence – Pisa CAAP LEADERSHIP SUMMIT. Such data, defined as “personal identification data” by the regulations on privacy, may be used for the following purposes:
In compliance with the decisions of the Italian Data Protection Authority, we explicitly inform people entering the event venue about the presence of cameramen who will be filming the event and its attendees. We guarantee that the images disclosed will not contain terms that can be disrespectful towards natural persons, nor will they infringe their fundamental rights. Such material will be processed by our staff (image consultants, marketing personnel, audiovisual technicians, etc.).
With regard to such data, you may exercise the rights provided for in Art. 15 et seq. of Regulation 2016/679 (EU) and subsequent amendments. The data will be processed for the necessary period of time for the purposes listed above, and published without time limits on the basis of the legitimate interest of the Data Controller (Ex Art.6/1/F of Regulation (EU) 2016/679)
The data will be processed by each individual company that is part of the Corporación América Airports S.A. (“CAAP”) Business Group for its own promotional purposes, since the subjects filmed are employees and collaborators of the companies in the Group acting in various capacities.
List of companies that have provided their employees with specific information on image management, according to the standards, procedures and laws applicable in their country:

During the Summit photographs will be taken. This serves the purpose of publication on the website and/or on social media platforms of the organizer. It may hereby be possible that people present are also photographed in a way that they can be identified.The legal basis for photographing is Article 6, Paragraph 1, lit. f GDPR, the organizer‘s legitimate interest is to publicly document the event.
This is explicitly stated at each event. If required, you can obtain information at the registration desk of the event if you do not wish that photographs on which you are identifiable will be published.
During the Summit photographs will be taken. This serves the purpose of publication on the website and/or on social media platforms of the organizer.
